State Rebates
The NSW Government offers between $300 and $1200, depending on the size and type of five star solar or heat pump hot water system installed when replacing an existing electric hot water system. For you home to be eligible you must :
- Replace and electric storage hot water system
- Applies to residential dwellings in NSW only
- Applies to solar and heat pump hot water systems with a minimum of 20 RECs
- Be installed by a licensed plumber
Federal Rebates
The Federal Government provides a further rebate of $1600.00. Once the claim has been received, the funds are transferred directly to your nominated bank account, the rebate cannot be claimed via the installer or retailer
